xhon-pelushi e1e4b69bb7 Improve dependency-update PR titles/links and exclude Helm chart PRs from release notes 
- Nextcloud and watchtower dependency update PRs now include the
  new version in the title and a link to the corresponding
  upstream release notes in the PR body.
- Helm chart update PRs no longer carry the 'dependencies' label,
  so they are no longer grouped into the 'Updated dependencies'
  release notes section (they are a downstream packaging change,
  not an upstream dependency bump).

Fixes #8538

derStephan 2686c10b00 drop-in replacement for official clamav backend 
This container uses standard clamav binaries but with additional community driven signatures from sanesecurity.com, sigs.interserver.net, rfxn.com and urlhaus.abuse.ch that will improve detection rates. 

Updates to clamav binaries and signatures are done automatically, the app files_antivirus is installed and configured automatically. There is no backup of the volume because it does only hold current signatures.

This is a follow up to discussion #6563
