Simon L.andClaude Opus 5 b59c80123d Remove migration code for the aio-interface session cookie rename 
The session cookie was renamed from PHPSESSID to __Host-Http-PHPSESSID in
v13.0.0 and PRs #7964 and #7971 added transitional code that carried an
existing PHPSESSID login over to the new cookie. Everyone has long since
been migrated, so this reverts both PRs.

Closes #7966

deschoene accd25fd6b Persist EuroOffice DATA_DIR as a volume 
The euro-office image intends /var/www/euro-office/Data to be persistent
(its entrypoint stores the generated JWT secret and WOPI keys there and
prints 'Mount ${DATA_DIR} as a volume to persist it across restarts');
the generate-allfonts script also scans Data/custom-fonts for user-provided
fonts on every container start.

Without a volume, custom fonts and the generated secrets are lost whenever
the container is recreated on update. Mount a dedicated volume and include
it in backup_volumes (it is small: keys + fonts), unlike the reinstallable
documentserver volume.

The schema's path pattern is extended to allow capital letters because the
Data directory inside the image is capitalized.

Resolves the persistence gap discussed in #8493.

Save the default container selection to the config, so it gets persisted

if people don't change anything in the UI. Without this any change to

Pablo Zmdl fd4e0ddcb2 Store office suite choice in a single config option 
Previously it was three boolean options, which were supposed to be mutually
exclusive, which had to be taken care of manually.

Also previously there was only indirect indication of the choice "none", which
is brittle, too.
