fix(nextcloud): register EuroOffice preview provider

Adds OCA\Eurooffice\Preview to enabledPreviewProviders at index 50
to avoid colliding with AIO's seeded indices (1-7, 23). The check
is idempotent so re-running entrypoint.sh is safe.
