* fix basic auth requested

* Change queue keys to "{auth}{url}"

* add updateTokenQueues method

* Fix unit tests

* removed interval check for queue clear | needs testing

* hide tokens in debug logs

* Fix 429 & 401 requests, rename queueBaseKey to requestAuthorization

* fix unit tests

* Add proxy.updateBearerTokenEndpoint option
